Schreibt einfach eine Mail an redfallfestival@gmx.de, dort sollte eurer Vor- und Nachname enthalten sein + Anzahl der Personen für die ihr Karten reserviert, hier eine Vorlage:

"Guten Tag RFF,

hiermit möchte ich x Tickets für mich, Person x, Person y und Person z reservieren.

Mir ist bekannt, dass ich bei Absage, aufgrund nicht möglicher Teilnahme, frühzeitig Tickets wieder freigebe.

MfG Person x

Ihr kriegt daraufhin eine Bestätigung auf eure Mail, die eure Teilnahme sichert oder eine Absage, falls alle Plätze schon reserviert sein sollten.
Vor Ort nennt ihr den Namen, auf den reserviert wurde und bezahlt die Tickets :) (am Besten Bar, im Notfall auch PayPal möglich).

Write a mail to redfallfestival@gmx.de to secure your tickets, the mail should contain your first- and last name + amount of people you're reserving the tickets for. Here's a template:

"Hello dear RFF,

I would like to reserve x tickets for me, person x, person y and person z.

I know that I have to write you as soon as possible if I can not attend the festival so other people can get my tickets.

Best regards, Person x

After writing the mail you'll get a confirmation that secures your participation at the fest or a cancellation if there're no more tickets left.
At the festival you'll have to tell your name on which the tickets have been reserved and pay for them :) (cash and in the worst case PayPal).
